By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or otherwise interacting with our online store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or make a purchase.

ABOUT INNER LYRIC
Inner Lyric is a reflective apparel and lifestyle brand offering products inspired by thoughts, feelings, reflection, and inner dialogue.
Product availability, collections, pricing, designs, and other offerings may change from
time to time.
USE OF OUR ONLINE STORE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the website.
You may not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with its functionality, or use its content or services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, images, sizing information, and other details as accurately as possible.
However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, device displays, garment production, or other factors.
Please review all available product information and sizing details before placing your order.
PRICING + AVAILABILITY
All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, promotions, and other offers may change without notice. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee availability or reserve the item.
We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, promotions, or availability when reasonably necessary.
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Submission of an order does not necessarily guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is canceled after payment has been successfully processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
ORDERS
Inner Dialogue Vol. 1 is available exclusively through preorder from October 9th through October 23rd. Full payment is collected when the order is placed to reserve the customer’s selected design, color, and size.
Preorder merchandise is not available for immediate shipment. After the preorder period closes, all reserved shirts will enter production. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks after October 23rd for production, quality checks, packaging, and shipment. Carrier transit time is additional.
Preorder cancellation requests must be submitted before the preorder period closes on October 23rd. Once production begins, cancellation may no longer be available.
Production and shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by inventory, production, carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate updates using the email address associated with the order.
PRE-ORDERS
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
Payments are processed through the payment options made available through our website. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Additional terms from your payment provider may apply.
Shipping options, rates, estimated delivery times, and applicable restrictions are described on our Shipping page and may also appear during checkout.
Delivery estimates do not include applicable processing or pre-order production time.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
RETURNS+REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, refunds, and related eligibility requirements are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.
Please review that policy before making a purchase, particularly when purchasing pre-order, limited-release, or final-sale merchandise.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, including downloadable journals, are delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and maintaining access to it.
Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited license for personal, noncommercial use only. Digital files may not be copied, resold, redistributed, shared publicly, reproduced for commercial purposes, or presented as your own work.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund after the file or download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us for assistance.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content associated with Inner Lyric, including original text, graphics, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, website content, and other creative materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by law or with prior written permission, Inner Lyric content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, sold, or commercially exploited.
USER COMMUNICATIONS
When you contact us or submit information through the website, you agree not to submit content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, malicious, or that infringes the rights of another person.
Information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy where applicable.
