SHIPPING
From pre-order processing to delivery, here’s what to expect once you place your order.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Please review your order details carefully and contact us as soon as possible if something doesn’t look right.
Processing and fulfillment timelines may vary depending on whether an item is currently in stock or part of a pre-order release.
ORDER PROCESSING
PRE-ORDERS
Inner Dialogue Vol. 1 is available exclusively through preorder from October 9th through October 23rd. Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your selected design, color, and size.
Once the preorder period closes, all reserved shirts will enter production. Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks after October 23rd for production, quality checks, packaging, and shipment. This processing period does not include the additional carrier transit time.
Preorder timelines are estimates and may be affected by production or fulfillment delays. If there is a significant change to the expected timeline, we will notify you by email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Inner Lyric currently ships within the United States.
Standard Shipping — $6.95
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment
Physical orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped and do not include preorder production or processing time. Digital journal purchases are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking
information when available.
Please allow a little time for tracking information to update after your shipping
confirmation is sent.
SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you
notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfillment has begun.
DELAYS + LOST PACKAGES
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times may
occasionally be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances
outside of our control.
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may
be lost, please contact us and we’ll help you determine the next steps.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is not currently available.
We hope to expand shipping options as Inner Lyric grows.
